RE/MAX New Zealand announced its top 2018 performers at a gala event held at Pullman Auckland on 21st February, which concluded the day’s ‘Think Bigger’ rally.
The network’s ultimate individual honour, Broker Owner of the Year, is held for the final evening’s announcement.
In a rare circumstance, the award was given for the second time to the same individual. In a repeat of his 2017 announcement, RE/MAX New Zealand Managing Director, Michael Davoren, called Pamela Lee Burge’s name. She now holds Broker Owner of the Year titles for 2018 and 2016.
“The award is acknowledgement of the hard work and dedication Pamela gives as a committed real estate business owner and sales professional, and so worthy is she that I am presenting this award to her for a second time,” said Mr Davoren.
Her office, RE/MAX Go For Sold, collected more than 20 awards in total on the night, including the highest business accolade, the Pinnacle Enterprise Award, which is based on a franchisee’s total business, including sales and property management divisions.
It also won the Most Productive Enterprise Award and was the top office for sales transactions and commissions in 2018. There were plenty of individual stars on the team including ‘Top Agent’ and ‘Young Agent of the Year’ Jeremy Crosland, ‘Rookie of the Year’ Mike Lewis, ‘Top Sales Team – transactions’ Team Lewis and ‘Administrator of the Year’ Ashleigh Matenga . Sales associate Brok Milligan won the ‘Special Achievement in Marketing’ award.

Pivotal Financial, the real estate network’s finance arm, announced Special Appreciation awards for RE/MAX Apex broker owner Tracy Corneal and RE/MAX Central broker owner Donna Russell.
“As much as we were celebrating the achievements of our network, our offices and our individuals, the rally and awards gala are always a celebration of what is at the very core of RE/MAX: the fact that this is truly the franchise that creates and facilitates the experience of unlimited opportunities for independently-minded agents,” Mr Davoren said.
The global RE/MAX footprint takes in more than 100 countries and territories, with more than 120,000 agents globally.
